Whether it’s end of tenancy cleans, after builders cleans, regularly monthly cleaning or building communal cleaning, we have a service to suit you.
CLEANING SERVICES
Call one of our team and get an estimate for the removal and disposal of your rubbish. Our removal fee allows for a tradesman being at your property for up to 1-hour. Extra time for removing rubbish and loading it is charged in half-hour increments.
General waste and green waste
The amount of rubbish removed is charged per cubic metre.
Heavy building waste
Material such as masonry, hardcore, timbers and soil are charged by weight.
Hazardous waste surcharges
Some items incur an additional surcharge due to them being hazardous to the environment. These items include: –
- Fridges and freezers
- Mattresses
- Air conditioning units, which should be decommissioned by a F-Gas licensed air conditioning tradesman first
Rubbish removal can be booked in at a time that suits you. They can usually be scheduled within 48-hours of contacting us.Rubbish we can’t removeWe’re unable to remove and dispose of the following types of rubbish, as they all require specialist handling: –
- Flammable products; oil, petrol, diesel, solvents
- Batteries
- Vehicle tyres
- Liquids and chemicals; including paint
- Gas bottles and fire extinguishers

Hours of operation: Standard – Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm | After Hours – 5pm – 9am Mon – Fri & Sat, Sun, Bank Holidays.

Minimum Charge – We have a one hour minimum charge and charge per half hour thereafter.

Cancellations – 50% of the booked time will be chargeable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the job.

Materials – All materials we purchase are charged in addition with a 20% markup.

Payment – We accept the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. We do not accept cash/cheques.

Waste Services – 1/4 Load – up to 350kg | 1/2 Load – up to 750kg | 3/4 Load – up to 1200kg | Full Load – up to 1500kg
Additional Charges apply for: Single mattress – £30 | Double mattress – £40 | Small Fridge – £60, Large Fridge – £110 | TV £30. Please refer to our Waste Services page for items we do not remove.
